Who we are
We are devoted followers of Jesus, leading others to follow Jesus. We have experienced His love, and our desire is to see our community transformed by sharing and knowing the Love of God in Jesus. At BridgePoint, we follow Jesus together through a few clear, simple, and repeatable pathways: Worshiping, Connecting, and Serving in our Community.

What We Believe
We believe in and follow Jesus Christ. Our culture focuses and is informed by the gospel. We listen to and follow Jesus through His teaching in Scriptures. BridgePoint Church is a part of the Evangelical Free Church of America, an association of autonomous churches united around these theological convictions:

History
BridgePoint Church began with a vision to reach our region with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our beginnings were at an elementary school in Hobart in 2003. By 2008 the Lord led us to purchase the “old YMCA” and convert it to a regional center for ministry in the heart of Valparaiso. We have been growing and seeking to lead people to be fully devoted followers of Jesus since.
Worship
On Sunday mornings we worship God together. We sing contemporary songs with joy and passion, hear a message from the Bible that is both deep and relevant to our lives, and are sent out to serve and worship God with our whole lives.
Connect
We connect in “Life Groups” that meet in homes during the week to learn, pray, and encourage each other.
Serve
We serve on ministry teams that live out our mission in our church and community.
